Why do young people prefer hip hop over classic rock when they go out to a party?

Why is it that hip hop music is the music of choice when young people go out to a bar or club? Why is it that you don’t see bars that cater to young people hiring live classic rock bands? They always have a dj playing hip hop. Seems to me like young people don’t know how to dance to classic rock anymore? Why is this happening?
